There’s no greater feeling of defeat than working tirelessly to create a life you love, then feeling numb once you get there. No one knows this feeling more than me.
I created this reset during a season when I was burned out at work, disconnected from my body, and moving through my days on autopilot. My mornings felt rushed and exhausting, and I noticed how quickly that energy followed me into everything else.
What changed wasn't adding more to my routine; it was creating a small pocket of space. Ten minutes to breathe, to arrive in my body, and to start my day with intention instead of urgency. Over time, my mornings began to feel spacious and energizing, and that calm stayed with me long after the practice ended.
This reset is for women who feel overwhelmed, reactive, and anxious, not because they are doing something wrong, but because they have never been taught how to pause.
